Refunds and withdrawal
Last updated: August 2026.
1. The 14-day right of withdrawal
When you buy something online in the European Union you generally have 14 days to change your mind and get your money back. That is the right of withdrawal.
2. The digital-content exception, in plain words
The same law makes an exception for digital content that is delivered immediately. It works like this:
- Before you pay, we ask for your express consent to open access straight away.
- When you give that consent and pay, the course opens at once and the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost.
- This notice appears on the payment page itself, before you confirm. There is no hidden small print.
Why do it this way? Because the whole course is available from the first second. With immediate access to all of the content, the law allows this exception for precisely this case.
If you would rather keep your right of withdrawal, do not complete the purchase: you can try sessions 1 and 2 free before deciding.
3. This does not mean we never refund
Waiving withdrawal covers changing your mind, not real problems. We will refund you or put it right if, for example:
- you pay and access does not open,
- you are charged twice by mistake,
- the content does not work, or does not match what we advertised.
In those cases, write to us and we will sort it out. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
4. How a refund is made
Refunds are issued to the same payment method, through Stripe. When a purchase is refunded, the course access that came with it is closed.

Write to us from the email address you bought with, giving the date of purchase. The final support address will be published here once the selling entity is decided.
